Working in conjunction with VOA Architects (Stantec), PBD provided landscape architectural renovation design services for this hotel located along Disney's Hotel Plaza Boulevard.  This location provides access to Disney and other Orlando attractions, which drives tremendous vacation and convention guests.  Under new ownership, the design focus was to bring a higher level of contemporary design style to the project as the hotel was showing its age, and lacked several amenities that are standard in most hotels today.  The proposed renovations were redesigns of all the common guest areas, pool area, convention break-out zones, outdoor bar/grill and parking areas.
