Commissioned by the city of Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency in the late & early 1990s, and then again on future projects, PBD principal, David Perry, PLA was the lead Landscape Architect in the original urban redevelopment plan and streetscape design, that became the catalyst project for the urban revitalization of downtown Delray Beach.  Proven to be one of the most successful projects of his career, this area has transformed from one of blight and crime to one of the most active, vibrant, and financially successful historic urban areas on Florida’s east coast.
