PBD Principals, while at another firm, served as the lead landscape architects and construction managers for the design of this prestigious oceanfront resort hotel located in South Palm Beach. The resort, although constructed on a very confined site, was designed to provide maximum guest experience. The design program included a private adult pool, an active family pool, a health spa with both public gardens and private spa garden rooms, an outdoor dining pavilion, outdoor function decks, secluded gathering spaces and multiple water features located throughout the property.
