Commissioned by JL Property Group, PBD provided full master planning, landscape architectural design and construction administration services for this unique dual branded Marriott Hotel property, located in Disney’s new western gateway town center.  PBD was selected based on our long standing history on the overall project and JL Properties Group’s desire to develop a hotel that, although targeted to be a value level resort based on price point, would provide a guest experience comparable to Disney’s value resorts.  Developed as the first hotel project with Flamingo Crossings, this hotel has set the standard for all future development projects by elevating the design to offer exceptional guest experience on a value level.
