This Orlando resort is quite unique in its master planning and design from the standpoint that it incorporates both a Ritz Carlton Resort and a JW Marriott resort within the same development site. PBD staff landscape architects were responsible for the landscape architectural design development and full field construction management for the project, including multiple lazy rivers, rockscape waterfalls, intimate grotto areas, private lounge areas, an exterior pool restaurant and bar and expertly designed separation between guest amenity areas that provide the exclusivity expected by Ritz Carlton guests. PBD staff provided full oversight of all rockscape work and large specimen tree placements to ensure that the project construction was executed to ensure full thematic effect and guest experience.
