Commissioned by FORE Development, this 216-unit mixed-use 4 story apartment complex strategically located in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida was designed to provide residents access to amenities both outside the community and within. Located within proximity to over 2 million square feet of regional shopping malls, numerous restaurants, and themed entertainment, this project was positioned for immediate occupancy. The development goal was to create a community with amenity spaces that gave its residents more passive areas to relax and socialize. This project included a resort style pool, semi-private secluded lounge areas with a centralized water feature, and a communal outdoor gathering area with multiple kitchen stations and dining tables. Through successful coordination with all the members of the design team, Charlan Brock Architects and Perry-Becker Design were able to deliver another highly successful project that exceeded the clients expectations.
