Perry Becker Design was commissioned by Clear Choice Health Care of Florida to provide full planning and landscape architectural services for this 120 bed skilled nursing care and rehabilitation facility located in Winter Haven, Florida. As part of the project PBD developed a series of gardens for therapeutic rehabilitation, exterior dining, experiential & meditation, specialty dementia care and public guest visitation.  Each courtyard was designed to meet the varying needs of the patients that ranged from temporary rehabilitation, to transitional adult living to skilled nursing and dementia patients.
