Perry Becker Design was commissioned by CORE Development to provide full master planning, project design branding, amenities design, landscape architectural construction design, site and low voltage lighting design, signage and wayfinding for this student oriented housing project located near the University of Central Florida. Completed in 2019, this 208-unit project created a vibrant central park environment around a Club Pool facility to encourage a high energy “HUB” environment.
