Commissioned by Starwood/Westin Resorts, PBD staff provided full master planning, landscape architectural design, and construction administration for this resort property.  In addition, PBD staff has worked on multiple expansions and renovations to this resort including the relocation of the main guest reception house and a new entry arrival sequence, a complete renovation of all landscape and hardscape area  development improvements, and the refurbishment and expansion of the existing beach area and support facilities. In addition to the construction design, members of our design team provided  full-time, on-site construction administration during the course of  construction, managing both the  materials acquisition, shipping coordination and field construction management.
