PBD design staff, while employed by a world renowned theme park, were part of the original team of designers and construction field managers for the development of Orlando's premier zoological theme park. This park has set the bar of excellence for both guest experience and animal habitat design, and is now regarded as one of the best zoological parks in the world. Since its opening in 1998, PBD design staff have continued to provide ongoing design services and construction management throughout the park, ranging from habitat design, to new restaurants, to pedestrian areas and parade routing design. In all cases, PBD has been instrumental in developing and maintaining the design integrity and thematics originally envisioned by the client and animal handlers.
