Commissioned by Rock Harbor Investments, Perry Becker Design was engaged to provide full master planning, project design branding, amenities design, landscape architectural construction design, site and low voltage lighting design, master signage, wayfinding and construction management services. Completed in 2018, this 340-unit multi-family project remains one of the most successful projects in their portfolio, including a fully integrated indoor/outdoor clubhouse design, contemporary resort style pool, semi-private secluded lounge areas, communal open air out-door pavilion with a fireplace and communal dining table, and multiple dog parks.
