PBD was commissioned as part of a comprehensive design-build team of professionals to provide master planning, landscape architectural design, and construction administration services for the expansion of this iconic Disney resort prPBD was commissioned as part of a comprehensive design-build team of professionals to provide master planning, amenity area development design theming, landscape architectural design construction administration and materials acquisition for the redevelopment and expansion of this iconic themed resort project located in Orlando, Florida.  PBD services included the design of 37 new waterfront cabins, a highly themed feature amenity pool, a new waterfront restaurant, and a kids zone area. The design theme required the complete revegetation of the development site to allow the guest to feel immersed in a natural wooded environment that provided constant seasonal changes in color.
