Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and executing story-driven landscape architecture design across multiple market sectors. This role will work closely with the firm’s senior leadership to create and implement immersive experiences in both the virtual and physical world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on projects from start to finish, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Develop and present design proposals to clients
  • Conduct site analysis and prepare reports, plans, and specifications
  • Oversee construction and installation of projects
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • 3D Modeling and Design • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the industry

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
  • Preferences given to working ability in Civil-3D and Revit • Experience with 3D visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability and desire to perform field site investigation and assist in site construction administration of projects.

  • Illustrative Graphics Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, 3D animation, or a related field
  • Concept Design Experience in the Themed Entertainment and Architectural/Engineering Industry
  • Hand Sketching/Rendering
  • Proficiency in the following programs:
    • Revit, Maya, 3ds Max or SketchUp
    • Procreate and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Unreal Engine
    • AR/VR Systems
  • Knowledge of hospitality/resort design, themed entertainment, landscape architecture, urban design, or related fields is a plus.
