Shaping Disney Springs: Senior Design Oversight
As a Senior Design Manager at Walt Disney Imagineering, Mr. Poulin oversaw the design of all exterior elements for the 120-acre Disney Springs project, a pedestrian-focused retail, entertainment, and dining complex. His responsibilities included quality control, contract management for the A/E design team, and coordination with Disney Creative, Walt Disney World operations, and the building department.
Crafting Seamless Experiences
Members of the Perry Becker Design team played a crucial role in the pre-programming, construction costing, master planning and construction management of Disney Springs. Their expertise ensured the seamless integration of diverse elements across the expansive site, from the thoughtful layout of pedestrian pathways to the strategic placement of entertainment venues, retail outlets, and dining establishments.

Stage to Arena: Disney Springs’ Design Master
As a Senior Design Manager at Walt Disney Imagineering, Bill Poulin led the renovation of Cirque du Soleil and the construction of the NBA Experience at Disney Springs. His role involved managing the A/E design efforts for updating Cirque du Soleil’s interior and ensuring compliance with building codes, as well as overseeing the redevelopment of the NBA Experience to replace Disney Quest with a new interactive attraction, retail, and dining options. Bill was also responsible for quality control, contract management, and coordination with Disney Creative, Walt Disney World operations, and the building department.
