PBD was engaged to develop the overall property development master plan for this 680 acre project located in East Orange County, Florida that included a mixture of land uses including commercial, office, mixed-use commercial, a mixture of single family and multi-family residential, a fully interconnected open space parks system and transportation hub program.
Innovation at Scale: Planning the Region’s Technological Hub
While at a previous firm, PBD staff were commissioned by the Single Creek Real Estate Advisory Company, LLC (SC Advisors) to provide comprehensive planning, landscape architecture, and civil design services for the Innovation Place PD Development Design Guidelines. Spanning 1,284 acres in Southeast Orange County, this project is set to become the region’s new Technological Corridor and will feature Orange County’s first multi-modal transportation facilities.
A full Scope of Services
PBD developed comprehensive design standards for full site development, including architectural, signage, stormwater facilities aesthetics, landscape and buffer zones, as well as pedestrian and open space guidelines. These standards apply to both new and redevelopment projects across commercial, light-industrial, corporate office, and residential community areas. The guidelines serve as a visual reference, featuring photographic examples of both acceptable and unacceptable conditions, along with detailed plan views and 3D graphics illustrating the required design elements.
