Commissioned by FORE Development, this 256-unit resort style apartment and resident ownership multi-family project was designed for the more discriminating resident. At the onset of the project our guidance was to develop an exceptional “place” that feels more resort-like than a standard multi-family residential project. Working with a team of both architects and engineers we were able to create a highly successful project that met all of our Clients expectations. This project included a resort style pool overlooking a water amenity, semi-private secluded lounge areas, communal out-door pavilion with a fireplace and dining table, and multiple dog parks.
