Boynton Beach Waterfront Revival
Perry Becker Design’s team was selected by the City of Boynton Beach CRA to spearhead the planning, landscape architectural design, and construction administration for the redevelopment of the city’s final public waterfront property. This 8-acre mixed-use development embraces the “Floribbean” architectural style, immersing visitors in a setting that celebrates the area’s deep connection to the waterfront, fishing, and diving culture. The project included intricate architectural theming for structures, iconic towers, and pedestrian kiosks, enhancing the park’s unique identity.
Waterfront Village Transformation
The scope of the project extended to redesigning an existing commercial marina and integrating it with a new public park in a vibrant waterfront village, home to two historic restaurants. The completed development will offer various public park spaces, a landmark entrance feature, a dock master building, public restrooms, and a 48-slip marina for commercial fishing and dive businesses, along with a scenic public waterfront promenade. Perry Becker Design took the lead in providing construction management for the duration of the project.
