Through its leadership and collaboration, PBD successfully integrated landscape architectural design into the master plan, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the trails and creating a sustainable model for Seminole County’s greenways and blueways.
Trail Mix: PBD’s Comprehensive Plan for Seminole County
Perry Becker Design played a pivotal role in the development of Seminole County’s comprehensive Trails Master Plan, with Mr. Perry serving as project manager and lead designer. This plan established the framework for trail signage, alignment, and locations, becoming the guiding document for current and future trail development within the county.
Headed in the Right Direction: PBD’s Trailhead Triumph/span>
As part of this project, PBD led a team of consultants to design and develop four new trailheads, restroom facilities, and multiple rest stations. The scope of services also included full environmental permitting, civil engineering, and architectural design, ensuring that all aspects of the project were executed seamlessly.
