PBD was commissioned by Walt Disney Resorts to provide full master planning, amenity area development design theming, landscape architectural design, construction administration and materials acquisition for the redevelopment and expansion of this iconic themed resort project located in Orlando, Florida.
Complete Redevelopment
This project included the redevelopment conversion of an existing hotel tower to Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Ownership, the development of 37 new waterfront cabins, a new themed feature pool, water front restaurant, small marina development, and a fully connective pedestrian boardwalk through natural wooded trails.
