Revitalizing a Caribbean Gem: Pool, Tennis, and Landscape Redesign for Four Seasons Resorts
Commissioned by Four Seasons Resorts, members of the Perry Becker Design team were called upon to assist in the redevelopment and expansion of this Caribbean Island resort. As part of our work our team provided the redesign of all of the pool amenity areas, designed the expansion of the existing tennis club facilities and completely redeveloped the overall landscape master plan for the entire resort property after being heavily storm damaged.
Material Management and Landscape Oversight
Guest experience being the top priority, PBD seamlessly integrated the spa and feature pool into a lush, tropical environment. To accomplish this, throughout construction, our team led the material procurement, developed an on-site stock nursery to cultivate tropical plants, and provided full landscape management to ensure the landscape would thrive. For example, upon arrival at the spa, guests are greeted by an antique sugar copper fountain nestled among flourishing gardens, where each treatment specialist crafts personalized experiences, immersing visitors in a true tropical oasis.

Monkeying Around: A Botanical Adventure
On the island of Nevis, it’s rumored that over 30,000 green vervet monkeys call the island home, often seen darting across the golf course. Guests can embark on a late-afternoon botanical and monkey tour, guided through lush landscapes to meet these friendly locals and learn about the island’s unique ecosystem.
