Setting the Stage for a Flagship Hotel in Orlando
Perry Becker Design (PBD) was commissioned by BTI Resorts to provide comprehensive landscape architectural design services for a 980-room full-service resort hotel located in Orlando, Florida. As BTI’s first major hospitality project in the Orlando market, this project was a landmark development, requiring careful planning and coordination.
Unveiling a World-Class Waterpark and Recreation Experience
The resort featured an extensive recreational amenity program, including multiple passive and active pools, a 15,000-square-foot feature pool with a lazy river, multiple pool slides, a feature pool slide tower, and a surf rider. The design also included a 5,000-square-foot pool grill, restrooms, over 38,000 square feet of amenity deck space, and event courtyards. The project was developed in phases, with the final phase of the feature waterpark opening in early 2018.
