A Vision for Renewal: Transforming a Storm-Damaged Paradise
Commissioned by Four Seasons Resorts, the Perry Becker Design team was engaged to lead the redevelopment and expansion of a Caribbean Island resort that had suffered significant storm damage. Our team reimagined the entire property with a new landscape master plan, enhancing the resort’s natural beauty and functionality. Key updates included the complete redesign of all pool amenity areas and the expansion of the existing tennis club facilities, creating refreshed and inviting spaces for guests to enjoy.
Guiding Growth: Nursery Management and Landscape Oversight
Throughout the construction phase, we managed a comprehensive material procurement process to ensure the highest quality resources were sourced for the project. Additionally, our team developed an on-site stock nursery management plan to support the growth and care of plantings tailored to the island environment. With full landscape construction management oversight, we guided the project to completion, ensuring every element aligned with the resort’s vision and standards.
